The Energy & Safety Center is able to read the coolant pressure for the air-conditioning system. By doing this the ESC can detect any damaging fluctuations early and prevent the number one cause of the most expensive A/C repair bill, compressor failure. | |

The Energy & Safety Center has a keypad interface to allow for on-site notification of Energy Alerts. This same keypad also allows the ESC to function as a Security and Fire/Life safety system when the customer adds the nessecary contacts and detectors. | |

The Energy & Safety Center comes with a very high quality thermostat. The ESC T-Stat reads much more accurate temperature and humidity, displays it on the LCD screen, allows for raising or lowering the temperature setting and selecting the fan to either ON or Auto. For additional functions, the customer only needs to call the 800 number 24 hrs. a day 7 days a week and a technician will call up the system and make any changes needed. | |

The Energy & Safety Center is comprised, primarily, of two computer control boards. The Energy Management Board and the Security Fire/Life Safety Board. Using this unique, (PP), approach to the monitoring of the EMS we have greatly reduced the applied cost and allowed the facility's service provider to be made instantly aware of any alarm conditions and diagnose them remotely. |

The Energy & Safety Center uses a sensor, to monitor the temperature and humidity conditions outside. This allows the ESC to respond to space comfort needs more accurately. By sensing the outside and inside temperature & humidity, the ESC can respond to space comfort needs by anticipating what is going to be needed from the HVAC system much more accurately and energy efficiently. |

remote Modules are connected to the main panel, and thus the outside
world, by a network cable. The remote modules are "Stand Alone" controllers
for operating any remote pieces of equipment that is to far from the
main panel to "Home Run" the wiring. |

The GGate 2000 has a completely integrated Security/Fire/Life-Safety panel which gives the GGate 2000 the ability to provide for a new complete security system or to take over the existing system if desired. | |
