- Automated Maintenance Management Process
The Global-Gate website allows the consumer and the service technician to observe the work order process from a secure area. The designated service provider uses the web-based work order and dispatch process for all related service work.
When the service provider is notified of an alarm condition at a particular site,
a remote diagnosis is undertaken by accessing the specific system using G-Gate software. The technician has immediate access to all sensor data, trend logs, runtime logs, inputs and outputs of the system and is also able to remotely modify and adjust system settings.
The service provider then contacts the business owner to review findings and recommendations. By having documented diagnostic reports, the service provider
can demonstrate the appropriate course of action to correct the alarm condition. Post repair reports are also available to the owner to support the service actions.
