The G-Gate 2000
Energy and Safety Control Center (ESCC)
When the G-Gate 2000 ESCC is installed, it takes control and monitors the operation of the HVAC, Domestic Hot Water and Lighting systems. Using smarter control logic, it immediately begins to improve operations and reduce energy consumption. Using sensor feedback, the ESC also monitors all of the function of the controlled equipment.

The ESCC also starts to record the performance operating data and is ready to generate an alarm in the event that the systems are not operating at peak efficiency and require service, maintenance or repair. The ESCC also makes it possible for the Technical Monitoring Center (TMC) to begin a continuous analysis of usage patterns and generate suggestions to improve energy savings and operations.

Features and Benefits of the G-Gate 2000 ESCC
Features Benefits
Sophisticated Control Logic Energy savings, improved system performance, more accurate temperature control.
Multiple Control Schedules Energy savings through Day/Night setback scheduling
Variety of System Control Options
Can be controlled based on just inside/outside temperature input or through Enthalpy by using the inside/outside temperature and humidity input. Requires a Humidifier.
System Integration Since the security function is built into the ESC, it can receive inputs from the security system and setback the temperature only when the space is unoccupied.
Adaptive Algorithms Sophisticated control programming can learn to adapt to the usage patterns of the occupants and adjust system operation to both save energy and better meet the needs of the users.
Sensor Feedback and Alarm Outputs Gives the system the ability to know when equipment is first showing signs of trouble. Early detection means repair savings. The system can alert the user precisely when maintenance and service are needed. This optimizes equipment performance, life expectancy and energy savings.
Data Archiving The system records all operational and performance data which allows more accurate, usage based, decisions for repair or replacement of equipment or parts. The system allows the consumer to get performance data comparisons both before and after the repair.
Remote Access The Technical Monitoring Center (TMC) can access the system to perform diagnostic tests, notify the consumer of the results, recommend repair or service and provide the service.
Demand Control Generates energy savings and discounts under "peak demand" conditions.
Complete Security System The consumer has a simple and affordable way of adding intrusion detection (door and window contacts, motion detectors, etc.) The ESCC will take over the monitoring and operation of the existing security system, resulting in savings in security system costs.
Complete Fire Alarm System The system has both fire and smoke detection capability and is U/L certified for remote monitoring and dispatch of emergency services.
Medical Alert System The system has panic and medical alert features for rapid medical response.
Property Protection System The system can detect and alarm in the event of low temperature flood conditions. Remote system monitoring is 24/ 7/ 365 and gives owners' peace of mind knowing that trained technicians will respond to any emergency.
Energy Use Analysis The continuous gathering of information about the operation of the equipment gives the technical center the ability to analyze energy usage patterns and make suggestions to help the consumer utilize their systems more efficiently.
Service and Maintenance Reports The system is constantly building a highly accurate record of the performance and problems of the controlled equipment and will make this information available to the customer at no extra charge.
